Join Capitalized Words

Join Capitalized Words are also known as Wiki words.

It is a word composed of joined words with big Letters Right after Each Other.

If the page is not yet created, the words are not split up and unlike the original wiki where a questionmark (?) is placed, a nonobtrusive link is provided. For example:
